World War II left us much more than a trauma. Countries at war have subjected the most abject of experiments on human beings. The result today: humans with altered genes and extraordinary capabilities. To prevent any abuse, The Eye, a secret agency was created to govern these special individuals. But some of them asked for freedom. The Eye, considering them as a threat, has taken a drastic decision: eliminate those we now call the Deviants.
